Changhyun Oh provides expert advisory services in the Healthcare Group of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC across areas such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cosmetics and medical institutions. He began his public service career in 1994 at the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, and after serving at the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency, he returned to the Ministry of Health and Welfare, where he held positions as Director of Medical Institution Policy, Director of Pharmaceutical Benefits, and Director of Health Insdustry Promotion, respectively. He has approximately 30 years of experience in practical work and policy-making in the areas of public health, medical care, and pharmaceuticals/biotechnology.
