Minsoo Kim's practice mainly focuses on management control disputes, as well as criminal and civil litigation.

Mr. Kim graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Seoul National University and worked in the Strategic Marketing Team at Samsung Electronics and the Brand Management Team at P&G Korea. He then earned his J.D. from the Seoul National University School of Law and was admitted to the Korean Bar. After gaining experience at Yoon & Yang LLC, he joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. where he is currently practicing.
