Sungchae La focuses his practice on corporate finance matters, including IPOs, listings, substantive reviews of delistings and corporate ESG, as well as securities trading (short selling, market makers, ETFs, etc.)

Mr. La is a capital markets expert with 30 years of extensive experience at the Korea Exchange where he managed listing reviews, delisting reviews, and corporate disclosure reviews. In particular, he served as a member of the Listing and Disclosure Committee and the Corporate Review Committee, gaining hands-on experience in corporate reviews across a broad range of issues.

Mr. La also played a key role in formulating securities market regulations, such as those related to short selling, market makers and ESG disclosures.
