Yonghyun Nam is a patent attorney, focusing his practice mainly on intellectual property right litigation, patent and utility model, trade secret and technology leakage disputes in the field of machinery.

Mr. Nam passed the Korean Patent Bar Examination in 2018 and earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Yonsei University in 2020. Since then, he has been practicing patent law at Bae, Kim & Lee IP (patent firm) where he handled various patent applications and disputes in the mechanical industry sector.
