Dubin Kim primarily focuses his practice on advisory services, such as foreign investments in Southeast Asia, real estate development, and M&A transactions, as well as handling corporate criminal defense and advisory matters.

Mr. Kim earned a B.A. in Political Science from Seoul National University and a J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law. After his admission to the Korean bar in 2024, he joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC as an attorney.
