Dami Choi has accumulated various experiences in national defense and defense business while performing services, including the interpretation of national defense-related laws, legal affairs relating to the defense business, legal affairs at the contract council for sanctions against unjust enterprisers and litigation services, as a military judge advocate at the Ministry of National Defense, the Defense Acquisition Program Administration and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, etc. for 10 years after completing the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and provides various advisory, litigation and legislative consulting services in the fields of national defense, defense industry and public procurement based on such experiences.

Since starting to practice as a lawyer, Ms. Choi has been attaining successful results in administrative appeals and lawsuits relating to sanctions against unjust enterprisers, etc. as well as in civil lawsuits involving large-scale  liquidated damages and contract deposits, unfair profits and imposition of additional charges, etc. in the fields of defense industry and public procurement. Furthermore, she plays an active role on the Defense Export Deliberation Committee of the Defense Acquisition Program Administration and State Contract Dispute Adjudication Board, Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Regional Contract Deliberation and Coordination Committee of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, etc.
