概要
Bomsok Ko served as a judge of the Seoul Central District Court, a presiding judge of the Busan District Court, a deputy director-general of the National Court Administration, and a professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute for for 16 years from 2003 to 2019. Based on various legal expertise and practical experience accumulated during his service, he advises and represents his clients in civil, criminal, and administrative cases.
Mr. Ko successfully proved his clients’ innocence in major criminal cases including a fund fraud case involving hundreds of billions of won, and led an unprecedented winning in a case against the Korea Exchange to confirm the invalidity of the delisting decision. As a result of these meaningful achievements, he was awarded the 4th Korea Legal Awards.
In addition, Mr. Ko is well-versed in trial theory and practice, lectured on civil trial practice and criminal trial practice at a law schools, and has annually published analyses of important precedents in the field of administrative law in Law Times.
