After graduating from the International Studies Department and Law School at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Mr. Noh joined Anguk Law Offices, providing Korean and foreign companies with civil litigation and advisory services. He then moved to the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC), working as a professional researcher in the Investigation Division 1—more specifically, he supported the commission’s tasks of investigating personal information leakage/infringement accidents and taking due measures against the personal data controllers involved and served as a litigator in administrative lawsuits filed against the commission.
