Ohseok Kwon is a partner of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, with his practice focused on litigation across various fields, including general civil and criminal cases, IP, trade secrets, and administrative proceedings.

Since his appointment in 2003, Mr. Kwon has served as judge, holding various posts including professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, research judge at the Supreme Court of Korea, and presiding judge at the Seoul Central District Court and Seoul Southern District Court. During his 21 years of service as judge, he presided over various general civil and criminal cases as well as those on intellectual property rights, media, election, and violation of the Capital Market Act, in his capacity as judge at the IP Chamber of Seoul Central District Court, Seoul High Court, and the Criminal Chamber of Seoul Southern District Court.

In addition, Mr. Kwon has acquired extensive experience in legal research: he delved into appellate cases during his service at the Supreme Court of Korea as dedicated presiding research judge and chief research judge of criminal division, while authoring footnotes and commentary for criminal and IP laws.
