Overview
Siyoung Choi's primary areas of practice include financial regulation, digital financing, and corporate restructuring. Mr. Choi has provided advisory services on banking, securities, non-banking financial institutions' electronic financing, responsibilities map, fin-tech, and financial security, domestic permits and licenses of foreign-based investment bankers, permit for conversion of a regional bank to a nation-wide bank, and corporate rehabilitation procedure/workout procedure of shipping companies and construction companies.
Mr. Choi earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University and a J.D. from Korea University School of Law in 2023. He joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC after being admitted to the Korean Bar (12th Bar Exam).
