Hee Seon Jin advises clients on city planning, builing permits and archltecture licenses for construction, reconstruction and redevelopment of real estate, construction and safety, etc., based on his experience and knowledge accumulated over 32 years of his time in the public office at Seoul Metropolitan Government.

At Seoul Metropolitan Government, Mr. Jin was in charge of various fields, including city planning, construction, redevelopment, and construction safety, as head of Housing and Construction Bureau, head of Urban Restoration Headquarters, and vice-mayor II for Administrative Affairs. After leaving his public office, he, as an advisor at Economic Regulatory Administration Consulting, advised on permits and licenses for city planning of Heonin Maeul and worked as a special professor at Department of Urban Planning and Engineering of Yonsei University. Now, as the vice chairman of Urban Design Institute of Korea and an advisor at Seoul Chapter of Construction Association of Korea, Mr. Jin is actively engaged in research and social activities.

During his time at Seoul Metropolitan Government, Mr. Jin participated in development of large-scale complex, including Seoul International District in and around Samseong-dong and the Sports Complex, the integrated station on Yeongdong-daero, Chang-dong and Sanggye Bio-Medical Cluster, Magok District, and Munjeong District. Also, he was engaged in permits and licenses for city planning, including Banpo Central City, a skyscraper of Lotte World Tower, former site of Hyundai Motors headquarters building, etc.

In addition, Mr. Jin pursued real estate policies, including the Youth Housing Project in the Station Area, supply of the public rental housing, stabilization of lease on deposit basis and monthly rents, and administration of official land value. He dealt smoothly with matters of licenses, permits, and civil complaints for hundreds of maintenance projects, including reconstruction projects for Banpo, Gaepo, Jamshil, and Godeok Districts, new town projects for Eunpyeong, Wangsimni, Gileum, Heukseok, and Noryangjin, urban redevelopment project for Gongpyeong District, and redevelopment projects for Ahyeon-dong, Daehyun-dong, Shingil-dong, Seongbuk-dong, and Imun-dong.

Mr. Jin has obtained professional certifications such as professional engineer, certified architect, and authorized administrative agent, as well as a doctorate degree in urban engineering, has written books on real estate, housing, and urban space, and is actively participating in social activities such as special lectures and seminars as an expert in urban architecture and housing.
