Donghoo Seo's practice areas include finance litigation, real estate finance litigation, corporate criminal and civil litigation, and litigation in general.
Mr. Seo earned an LL.B. degree in Law from Yonsei University in 2011 and completed the 42nd Judicial Research & Training Institute course in 2013 right before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. After joining BKL, he has performed various legal and advisory services on behalf of financial institutions, etc. and has also achieved good results in corporate criminal litigation, including embezzlement, breach of trust, and violation of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act.
