概要
Taenyen Kim is a senior advisor specialized in advising on environmental regulations and automobile industry-related matters. Mr. Kim worked for as much as 26 years in the Korea Automobile Manufacturers Association. During such long-term service in the association, he was mainly in charge of handling trade issues, such as the so-called “Super 301 provision” of the U.S. trade law, Korea-U.S. FTA, Section 232 of the U.S. trade law, and the EU Commission's CO2 reduction agreement.
Besides, Mr. Kim engaged in drafting auto-related policies, researching global automotive trends, and responding to environment-related regulatory measures, such as the vehicle emission reduction scheme, served as member of a governmental environment committees. It is based on this wide range of practical experiences in the automobile industry that Mr. Kim has provided his clients from the automobile industry with multilateral advisory and consultancy services that help them to resolve various regulatory difficulties specific to the industry and to be prepared for future mobility.
