Seongyong Park focuses his practice on representing clients in litigations involving corporate, labor, family and China-related matters. Mr. Park completed his military service as a judge advocate, 3rd Air Defense Artillery Brigade, Air Force Headquarters. Before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in March 2020, he served as a judge for ten years from 2010 at the Eastern Branch of the Busan District Court and the Incheon Division of the Seoul High Court, etc. He obtained an LL.M. degree in Administrative Law from Korea University Law School. He was in charge of corporate litigations at the Seoul Central District Court. He was selected as an outstanding judge while serving at the Incheon District Court.

Mr. Park has been taking an interest in and conducting studies on China, CM (Construction Management) and forensic psychology, and continues to engage in academic exchange with Chinese judges, academic circles of CM and forensic psychology professors.
