Hyesung Jeong's main practice focuses on international arbitration, litigation and trade.

After joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in February 2017, Ms. Jeong represented numerous domestic and foreign clients in the international arbitration cases proceeded with the arbitral institutions including ICC, HKIAC and JCAA. She has wide experience in disputes arisen from various contracts including license disputes, post M&A disputes and disputes regarding supply agreement. She is also in charge of representation in litigations and provides advices that includes foreign relations including the litigations filed in domestic courts by foreign clients and litigations filed in foreign courts by domestic clients. She serves as an expert at international disputes by taking charge of advices and litigations in the field of international trade.
