Jinhong Park earned an LL.B. in Public Law from Seoul National University in 1999. Mr. Park was admitted to the Korean Bar and then completed the 31st Judicial Research and Training Institute course. After completing three years of service as a judge advocate, Republic of Korea Air Force, he has been working as a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC since 2005 to the present.

Mr. Park earned an LL.M. degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2011, and has been handling various litigation and advice involving labor and employment, as well as corporate restructuring matters such as corporate rehabilitation proceedings under the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act. In particular, based on his extensive experience and expertise, he has recently been actively engaged in consulting and advising on criminal cases related to the introduction of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, as well as providing legal defense. He also provides consulting services and advises on collective bargaining and the execution of collective agreements following the introduction of the amendment to the Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act (the "Yellow Envelope Act").
