Hyuk Lee is a partner of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and based on his experience in various trials, his practice focuses on civil, criminal and other lawsuits. Mr. Lee graduated from the Department of Public Law of the Seoul National University. After completing his judicial apprenticeship at the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 1997, he worked for twenty years as a judge after he started his career at the Seoul Eastern District Court in 2000 and retired from the Seoul High Court in 2020. He joined BKL in the same year.
For thirteen years out of the twenty years, Mr. Lee worked as a judge at High Courts and the Supreme Court of Korea and he has experience in various civil, criminal, administrative, family and application trials, and also in medical, environmental, maritime, intellectual property, election, corruption, and warrant trials.
