Garam Shon has advised major corporations, including Hyundai, Asiana Airlines, Naver, Company A, and Company AB, on a wide range of domestic and international investment projects. He has accumulated extensive experience and knowledge in various cases, such as the establishment of subsidiaries and joint ventures, equity acquisitions, and general corporate legal affairs (including compliance, fair trade, e-commerce, and data privacy). He is an expert on India and Southeast Asia, having in-depth practical knowledge gained through handling major recent cases in India. Mr. Shon earned an LL.B. and B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University, and obtained the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) qualification before completing the 45th Judicial Research and Training Institute course.
