Ohryung Lee's practice focuses on foreign and domestic M&A by Private Equity Fund, corporate restructuring, investment in startups, and other general corporate legal affairs. 

After joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2005, Ms. Lee has involved in various types of complicated inbound and outbound investment by multiple domestic Private Equity Funds, inbound investment by foreign enterprises and funds, conversion by domestic large enterprises into holding companies, corporate restructuring or change of corporate governance through division, merger, transfer of business, exchange, or transfer of shares and accumulated plenty of experience in providing advice for venture companies/startups on attraction of investment, business structure and other general corporate legal affairs in view of peculiar issues of such companies. She also engages in the establishment of domestic Private Equity Funds. 

Ms. Lee graduated from the Seoul National University Graduate School of Law, completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute course and earned LL.M. from New York University School of Law.
