Sungtae Park earned his LL.B. from Seoul National University and completed the 40th Judicial Research & Training Institute course. Mr. Park earned his LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2019. Mr. Park served as a military prosecutor at the Eighth Corps of the Korean Army and as a judicial office director at the MND Welfare Agency before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2014.

Mr. Park has extensive expertise across real estate, finance, foreign investment and general corporate matters. He specializes in representing tier-one global private equity firms and asset managers, advising on the full lifecycle of Korean investments, from strategic structuring and acquisitions to financing and the operational management of diverse real estate investment platforms and joint ventures.
