介绍
Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 1990, Dongwoo Seo's main practice has been focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, investment by foreign investors, overseas investment, management right dispute, capital market and corporate finance and financial regulation.
Mr. Seo earned his LL.B. from Seoul National University and completed the 16th course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. He earned his LL.M. from Harvard Law School and was admitted to the bar of New York.
Mr. Seo is an arbitrator of Korea Commercial Arbitration Board, member of Legal Consultative Committee of KOSDAQ Listed Companies Association and researcher of research group on law of international transactions of the Ministry of Justice.
