概要
Miro Kang's practice focuses on overseas alternative investment, corporate finance, acquisition financing, securitization and structured finance, project finance, and advisory service for domestic and international financial institutions. Ms. Kang has accumulated diverse experience related to financial transactions in a range of advisory cases encompassing all financial transactions in Korea and abroad.
Ms. Kang earned a B.A. degree in English Language & Literature from Korea University and a LL.B. as a dual degree. She earned a J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law in 2013 and then was admitted to the Korean Bar before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. After joining BKL, she earned an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2022 and was admitted to the New York Bar in the same year.
