Dayoung Oh utilizes extensive experience in bankruptcy, litigation, and out-of-court restructuring to guide clients through complex insolvency matters. Ms. Oh represents debtors, creditors, investors and other stakeholders in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, including avoidance actions, claims administrations, and related litigations, in both domestic and cross-border contexts.

In connection with distressed situations, Ms. Oh regularly advises clients on Korean exchange listing issues, financing and M&A transactions. She also works closely with major financial institutions to seek practical, commercially focused solutions to complex business problems arising from broader corporate and regulatory considerations.

Ms. Oh earned a B.S. in Consumer Science from Seoul National University, a J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law, and an LL.M. from Columbia University Law School. She has also gained experience on U.S. insolvency matters, including Chapter 11, during her secondment at Mayer Brown LLP in New York.
