Sungmin Cho is a partner in Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Cho's practice focuses on: M&A transactions, general advice on corporate legal affairs, litigation cases involving companies, and advice on real estate transactions. He joined BKL after completing the Judicial Research and Training Institute course and serving his military duties. Since joining BKL, he has advised on M&A transactions and other general corporate legal affairs. He also gained a variety of experience while representing many corporate clients in their litigation cases.
