Overview

Tae Uk Kang is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL) and belongs to the Intellectual Property Practice Group and the Data Protection Team. He served as a judge in several courts prior to joining BKL in 2007. Based on such experience, he now provides consultation and (civil/criminal) litigation services regarding intellectual property disputes, data protection, and other legal issues related to IT service providers (including e-commerce and online game industry).
