Overview
Juho Yoon focuses his practice on disputes relating to the areas involving new technologies, with a particular focus on broadcasting communications, privacy compliance, e-commerce, block chain, fintech, and AI.
Mr. Yoon also has extensive experience in advising and litigating on matters concerning abolition of KT 2G, damages regarding network neutrality, M&A between broadcasting business entity and telecommunications business entity, privacy infringement by telecommunications business entities and financial companies, compliance with privacy by general companies, establishment of e-commerce websites and consumer protection, response to the domestic restructions applicable to virtual asset business entities, electronic finance and credit information protection including licensing of MyData business entities, and establishment of AI guides. In addition, he is also participating in a number of research groups led by National Information Society Agency and Financial Security Institute.
