Overview
Sae Young Hong's main area of practice includes matters related to securities and finance, capital markets and corporate finance, real estate finance, overseas investment, securitization and structured finance, acquisition finance, approvals of financial institutions and financial regulations, collective investment, private placement investment, and project finance. Ms. Hong earned her LL.B. from Korea University and J.D. from Korea University School of Law.
