Jung Myun Oh

Overview

Jung Myun Oh focuses his practice on matters concerning construction, real estate, dispute over government procurement contract, project financing.

Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 1996, Mr. Oh has primarly advised large construction companies on matters concerning reconstruction, redevelopment, urban development, SOC, and state contract. His representative activities include advising and representing in disputes over reconstruction of Gwacheon Housing Complex 3, redevelopment of Bongcheon District, Sangam DMC Landmark Building construction project, termination payment for Gyeongin Canal Project, construction of Subway Line 9, CR-Reits, and state contract for Sangam High-Tech Complex. He obtained a LL.B. from Seoul National University and completed the 22th training course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Supreme Court of Korea. Based on such extensive experience in real estate and construction, not only has he given lectures on state contract act and construction/real estate to Korean Bar Association and other major clients, but he also served as a member of the Korean Bar Association Legislation Committee and member director of the Seoul Bar Association.
