Overview
Gyeong Su Kim's practice area mainly focuses on hostile M&A, corporate governance including general meetings of shareholders and the board of directors, disputes over management control and stock ownership, etc. Mr. Kim earned a LL.B. from Seoul National University and completed the 42nd Judicial Research and Training Institute course. Before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2016, he worked as a judge advocate at the Korean Army for three years.
