Overview
Based on the experiences from working for financial companies and Financial Supervisory Service, Youngju Park's main practice focuses on authorizations of financial institutions and financial regulation, capital market and corporate finance, FinTech and general corporate legal affairs.
Mr. Park took charge of litigations regarding securities and internal control affairs while working at ETrade Securities for two years. And while working for Financial Supervisory Service for 8 years, he was responsible for supervision and examination on securities companies and electronic financial companies (sanctions on financial companies and responses to the objection, appointment of mega IB, and guideline on protection of user funds of electronic financial companies) and provided legal advices on the Banking Act and the Electronic Financial Transaction Act. He also participated in Authorization of Real Estate Trust Company TF and Amendment of the Electronic Financial Transaction Act TF.
Mr. Park earned his LL.B. from Korea University and completed the 41st course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute.
