Byung Yu Yang is a patent attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee IP. Since joining the firm in 2024, he has handled patent prosecutions and investigation/analysis in the chemical area.

Mr. Yang deals with all aspects of patent prosecutions on behalf of domestic and foreign clients such as companies, universities and research institutes, focusing on the fields of secondary batteries/renewable energy/clean technology, polymer materials/nano materials/electronic materials, chemical/chemical processes, etc.

He graduated from Korea University, Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering in 2024. He passed the Korean Patent Bar Exam in 2022.
