Antitrust & Corporate Crime Center
概要
BKL’s Antitrust & Business Crime Center (“ABCC”) was established to respond proactively to the growing trend of antitrust matters evolving into large-scale corporate criminal cases. The ABCC provides an integrated response framework that covers every stage of a matter—from investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (“KFTC”) to criminal investigations by prosecutors and other authorities, and through subsequent litigation.
As antitrust issues increasingly expand into criminal matters and often lead to company-wide investigations, it is critical to conduct a precise risk assessment at the earliest stage of a matter and to formulate a comprehensive response strategy.
The ABCC operates as a one-team, bringing together former senior officials of the KFTC and seasoned investigative practitioners, prosecutors with extensive experience in corporate criminal investigations, and experts well versed in the relevant legal principles through service on specialized court divisions. The ABCC also offers strong capabilities in responding to on-site investigations and dawn raids through state-of-the-art digital forensic equipment and dedicated specialists, as well as the sophisticated analytical expertise of its economic analysis team.
By analyzing each matter from multiple angles, the ABCC serves as a trusted and reliable partner in identifying the most effective solutions at every stage of a case.
