Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in February 2013, Eunyoung Row has handled a number of litigation and advisory cases related to cases involving embezzlement, breach of trust, bribery, and tax evasion in which executives of business groups were indicted, and cases related to financial markets and virtual asset markets, including cases involving violations of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act (FSCMA), and has been active in areas such as establishing compliance systems for major business groups.
