金泰均(キム テ ギュン)

Tae Guen Kim is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Kim advises clients on various aspects of intellectual property, including patent and trademark enforcement and IP transactional matters. Having an electrical engineering background, Mr. Kim mainly handles disputes and licenses involving technology or patent. Mr. Kim also represents clients in multi-jurisdictional patent litigation, acting as the Korea counsel to clients involved in litigation overseas.

Mr. Kim earned B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, completed the 37th Judicial Research and Training Institute course, and joined BKL. He also obtained LL.M. degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law since his admission to the Korean Patent Bar.
