Hyein Oh's primary areas of practice include Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT), personal information protection, e-commerce, fintech and financial security, and administrative litigation. Ms. Oh advises on regulations relating to broadcasting, telecommunications, media, and online platforms, and handles compliance matters and litigation in these areas.

After graduating from the Department of Economics at Seoul National University, Ms. Oh completed the 8th class of Seoul National University School of Law and was admitted to the Korean Bar. Ms. Oh subsequently joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, where Ms. Oh has handled major advisory and litigation matters in the broadcasting, telecommunications, and platform sectors. Based on this experience, Ms. Oh earned a Ph.D. in Law (majoring in administrative law) from the Graduate School of Law at Seoul National University with a dissertation on online platform regulation.
