Hyunggil Ra is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Ra earned an LL.B. degree from Korea University and a J.D. degree from Seoul National University School of Law. Then, he was admitted to the Korean Bar. Prior to joining BKL in 2018, he worked as a judge advocate in the Republic of Korea Army.
