概要
Younje Jang’s primary areas of practice are corporate governance and ESG. He advises on ESG, stewardship, and sustainability as solutions for aligning the interests of a company’s internal and external stakeholders and managing risks.
Mr. Jang oversaw and advised on shareholder activism, proxy voting, ESG assessments, and ESG investment at the Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability and the National Pension Service. As a Ph.D. in Law, he has also led and provided legal and strategic advice on shareholders’ meetings, boards of directors, corporate governance, and ESG at a law firm and a proxy advisory firm.
Mr. Jang has also been actively involved in loan and investment reviews and, drawing on his diverse experience, advises on sustainability factors relevant to corporate value enhancement and investment throughout the corporate life cycle.
