Jihun Kong

Jihun Kong provides advice and representation in local tax disputes, drawing on more than 20 years of specialized knowledge and practical experience gained while serving at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and local government tax departments.

In particular, during his tenure at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Mr. Kong systematically handled a wide range of significant matters in the field of local taxation, including issuing authoritative interpretations of local tax laws such as acquisition tax, improving the local tax system, redesigning local tax exemptions, and overseeing local tax legislation. Building on this extensive experience, he authored "Grassroots Local Taxation" and has delivered lectures on local taxation for local governments and organizations related to local taxation.
