Jiwon Kang is a senior foreign attorney, focuses his practice on advising clients on regulatory compliance and the establishment of compliance frameworks in advanced industries, including artificial intelligence, platforms, fintech, mobility, and robotics. In particular, Mr. Kang has advised on a broad range of legal and regulatory requirements that should be complied with in the course of developing and using AI-based products and services, including the establishment of risk management frameworks, safety management, user protection, personal data protection, information security, data governance, and product liability.
