Geonha Baek’s principal practice areas include criminal matters, particularly economic crimes such as fraud, embezzlement, and breach of trust, covering legal advisory services, response to investigations, and litigation.
After graduating from the Law Department at the Korean National Police University, Mr. Baek served in the Economic Crime Unit of a local police station and in the Investigation Structure Reform Team at the National Police Agency, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of both investigative practice and institutional frameworks. He obtained a Master’s degree in Investigation Studies from the Graduate School of Public Safety at the Korean National Police University, thereby acquiring academic expertise in investigative theory. Through his service in the Investigation Structure Reform Team of the National Police Agency, he gained in-depth knowledge of the structural characteristics of the criminal justice system.
While serving in the Economic Crime Unit of the Gangdong Police Station, Mr. Baek was directly responsible for numerous cases involving fraud, embezzlement, breach of trust, and violations of special criminal statutes, accumulating extensive practical knowledge across the entire investigative process. Based on this field experience, he provides meticulous and substantive legal assistance from the initial stages of investigation.
