Dongjun Ma served for approximately 36 years at regional labor offices of the Ministry of Employment and Labor in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions, as well as at the Busan Regional Labor Relations Commission, where he was primarily responsible for both enforcement and managerial functions relating to individual and collective labor relations, labor dispute mediation, and industrial accident prevention.

Drawing on his extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge gained from long-term work in industrial settings, Mr. Ma now provides labor law–related advisory and consulting services at BKL in connection with labor-management relations strategy, human resources and labor consulting, and responses to issues under the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.
