Overview
Hee Chan Yun is a foreign attorney specializing in international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. He has represented domestic and international companies in a broad range of international arbitration proceedings conducted under major institutional and ad hoc rules, including the ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, and UNCITRAL.
Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Mr. Yun practiced at the Hong Kong office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, where he represented Korean, Chinese, and multinational companies in a wide range of international arbitration and arbitration-related proceedings.
