Peter Kimm is a senior foreign attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee. His practice focuses on cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate transactions, labor law, and banking and finance.

Mr. Kimm has extensive experience advising on cross-border investments and joint ventures between German and Korean investors, representing clients from Germany and across Europe, as well as from Korea. Born and raised in Germany, he worked within the German legal system for nearly ten years before joining his current practice.

Mr. Kimm advises both domestic and international clients on their day-to-day operations in Korea, effectively bridging different legal systems to ensure clarity and accessibility for all parties involved.
