Hee Soo Cheong is a certified tax accountant with over 22 years of experience in the National Tax Service and the Tax and Customs Office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, followed by extensive practice as a tax professional at a leading accounting firm. Drawing upon his deep expertise in taxation, he provides comprehensive tax advisory services across a broad range of areas, including amendments to tax laws and regulations, authoritative interpretation of tax statutes, requests for tax reassessment, tax audits, and tax appeals.

After graduating from the National Tax College, Mr. Cheong served at the Investigation Bureau of the NTS Seoul Regional Office, the Investigation Bureau of the National Tax Service, and the Offshore Tax Evasion Report Center. He subsequently served as Deputy Director at the Tax Policy Division, the Tax Relief Division, and the Income Tax Division of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and concluded his public service career as Director of the Income Tax Division at the NTS Uijeongbu District Office.
