Soonok Cho earned her B.A. in German Language and Literature at Korea University. Having joined KB Kookmin Bank in 1988 as an junior employee, Ms. Cho worked as a compliance officer, representative of the regional sales group, head of the deposit department, and deputy branch manager until the end of 2020. For three years from 2021, she served as the representative director of KB Credit Information, an affiliate of KB Financial Group.
