Overview

Nalyun Kim focuses her practice mainly on general corporate legal affairs and M&A. Ms. Kim earned a double B.A. in Education and Business Administration from Yonsei University and a J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law. After her admission to the Korean bar in 2024, she joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC as an attorney.
