概要
Myung Hyun Ryu's practice focuses on aircraft and ship financing, project financing, overseas investment, private placement investment, real estate finance and asset management, and the industries he is mainly involved in are aviation, energy and infrastructure, and real estate.
In the aviation sector, Mr. Ryu has been usually advising major Korean airlines on aircraft adoption (purchase/lease) transactions and domestic and international aviation law for 17 years, and he also advises major Korean banks, asset management companies, and investment institutions on overseas aircraft financial investments, as well as Korean companies on the adoption and operation of corporate jets.
In the energy and infrastructure sector, Mr. Ryu is acively involved in US and European power generation facilities (solar/wind/combined cycle) and midstream (pipeline) investments.
