概要
Shinho Shin's practice focuses on civil/criminal litigation and civil enforcement. Mr. Shin served as a judge for 22 years until his retirement as Presiding Judge of the Seoul Eastern District Court in 2024, where he was in charge of various trials in the civil, criminal, administrative, and civil enforcement fields. In particular, he served as Research Judge (Joint Civil Litigation Group, Exclusive Senior Research Judge, and General Civil Research Judge) at the Supreme Court of Korea for many years, contributing to the resolution of various cases in the fields of civil and family substantive and procedural law, civil enforcement, and special act on civil affairs, as well as the establishment of the Supreme Court's precedents. During his tenure as a judge, Mr. Shin gave various lectures on civil affairs to new and experienced judges at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and before retiring, he served as a member of the Civil Act Amendment Committee of the Ministry of Justice.
