Yonghwi Park focuses his practice primarily on advising and representing in, among others, commercial disputes, particularly those over company control, while additionally performing various litigation works concerning, for example, civil and criminal issues.
Mr. Park earned a B.A. in Economics from Korea University and a J.D. from Chung-Ang University School of Law with the honors of valedictorian. After his admission to the Korean Bar, he joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC as an attorney.
