Sungsoon Jang is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Jang's practice area focuses on inheritance, management succession, the board of directors, general meeting of shareholders, right of the minority shareholders, and managerial right disputes. He has advised and represented clients in commercial dispute cases, including the opening of account books, prohibition of the exercise of stockholders right, suspension of the performance of duties, approval for the convocation of general meeting of stockholders, and transfer of name.

He specializes in international inheritance and tax matters, advising multinational families on domestic and cross-border income, estate, gift, and inheritance tax planning, as well as on wealth preservation structures. He has extensive experience in tax deferral strategies, tax treaty applications, pre-immigration planning, and estate planning for both domestic clients and non-resident aliens. In recognition of his expertise, he has recently been invited multiple times to speak at seminars in the United States.
